                                Medical transcription (MT) is the manual processing of voice reports dictated by physicians and other healthcare professionals into text format.  Process III: Transcribed files are sent out to quality control persons, who listen to the dictation and check the transcription. Corrections are made if required. Then the transcribed report are transmitted back to the U.S. as word file.
